Foodsystems implements project on Souto’s Group (Venezuela)
After H.Seabra have won an highly competitive contest for the remodeling of the Poultry Slaughterhouse for Group Souto in Venezuela, is now the turn of FoodSystems also enter in this same project. With the goal of doubling plant capacity up to 12.000 birds per hour, the FoodSystems task is ensuring all part of the process after slaughter, in order to be compatible with its increased capacity. Is strengthened the confidence in the Seabra Group , which has two business areas involved in this client.
In practical terms, this project consists into the develop of an integrated line in a closed circuit with an automatic packaging of poultry, in order to improve the quality of the packaging, appearance, increase productivity and thus reducing the need for human intervention in the process. All this is to ensure achieving the high cadence associated with the process
